Zall Hirschstein

Lab Manager & Research Assistant

Zall graduated from Bard College in 2018 as an advisee of Justin Hulbert, having a background in memory suppression, consolidation during sleep, and brain state classification. After working at Albany Medical College doing neuropathology  research, Zall joins the Aly Lab to pursue questions about how memory systems and attention interact to generate adaptive behavior and internal models. He is also interested in pursuing how dialectics between people’s internal models construct meaning, as well as learning how to effectively communicate these pursuits.

Fun fact: Zall was named after a Dr. Seuss character!
