I am a third-year student in Columbia College, and I find the brain fascinating. I’m especially interested in memory in terms of normal function and in dementia. I’ve previously conducted research on correlations between factors of depression as well as biomedical research with the longevity compound rapamycin and its effect on brain tissue in age-related diseases. I also enjoy exploring the interdisciplinary connections of neuroscience with other fields, and I’m very excited to be a part of the Aly Lab!
